There will be a four month window for the first tranche of submissions. Then the window will close while those submissions are processed. Our aim is to get as many and varied submissions presented over the winter as possible.
Some communities may be big enough or sufficiently defined as to make their own submissions. Others may decide to group together to make a shared submission. There are no hard and fast rules on this, after all, the countryside is a rich and varied source of ICH with no defined boundaries, structure or rules.
